As a member of this Lodge, the following

The FOP Death Benefit Program is also included with your membership. The benefits include: $3,000 Felonious Assault, $3,000 Accidental Death, $5,000 Line of Duty, $3,000 Common Carrier, and 15 more expanded accident benefits. More information is available upon request.
Each new member will receive a membership ID card (renewed yearly), one vehicle medallion, one yearly window decal, and a secret works book after completing the Initiation of Obligation. In addition, you will receive from the National Lodge a Quarterly Newspaper.
Some of the above benefits are at a cost to you, but could come in handy in the future. If you have any questions on these benefits please contact a FOP representative.

How to Join
__Persons
who want to become members of the Lodge must fill out an application
and submit it to the Lodge mailing address or can fax the document to
the Lodge as well. Fax number and mailing address is already printed on the applications for your convenience.
Payment
A new member who signs up for the payroll deduction program will not require an application fee but only the completion of a payroll deduction card for a deduction of $4.00 per pay period. New members must submit a filled out payroll deduction card to their timekeeper at their Institution or Parole office. The Lodge Secretary will notify the member with an email or phone call when the payroll deduction is verified or a check or money order is received in the mail for payment of annual dues. If you chose not to take the payroll deduction program the application fee will be $108.00 per year. We encourage you to enroll in the payroll deduction program as once you enroll your membership is automatically renewed every year until you cancel. Associate membership applications are $30.00 per year and must be renewed every year if you wish to continue the membership. Mail the application along with the application fee to the address above.
